Terms of sale

1. The seller

2. The products

Every piece is hand-painted and therefore unique. Photos show the actual piece you will receive, though colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Small irregularities are inherent to handmade work: they are part of the object and are not defects.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order.

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. No card details pass through or are stored on this site.

4. Shipping

Shipping to mainland France and the European Union only, tracked.

In-stock pieces ship within 3–5 business days.

Transit times depend on the carrier and are not guaranteed.

5. Right of withdrawal

For pieces bought from the shop, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw, with no justification needed. The piece must come back in its original condition; return postage is at your expense. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return.

6. Warranties

You benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (art. L217-3 ff. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (art. 1641 ff. of the French Civil Code).

If a parcel arrives damaged, email me with photos within 7 days and we will sort it out.

7. Personal data

The data you provide (name, email, delivery address) is used solely to process your order and reply to you. It is handled by Stripe for payment and by the carrier for delivery, and is never sold or passed to third parties.

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by email.

8. Intellectual property

Pokémon and character names are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc. and GAME FREAK Inc. This site is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by them.

The pieces offered are original hand-painted works on commercially purchased supports, sold as artwork.

9. Disputes

If something goes wrong, email me first: most things get sorted that way.

Failing an agreement, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge, or the European online dispute resolution platform. French law applies.
